    Dielectric Loss of BMN/BZN-doping Industrial BaTiO3 Ceramics

    • The complex perovskite compound Ba(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3(BMN), Ba(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3(BZN) are prepared by solid-state reaction.Doped into industrial BaTiO3, they can improve the loss quality.Results obtained here confirm that the ceramics about 90% of the theoreical density is achieved after sintering at 1 300-1 400℃.Dieletrics resonator measurements show that dielectric loss extremal reducement corresponds with frequencies increasing from 1 kHz to 1 000 kHz.
