    Smelting of a new-type weathering steel 06CuPNi1Cr2 by converter

    • 摘要: 為高效利用資源,充分利用低鎳鉻紅土礦中的鎳鉻元素,研發了一種新型耐候鋼06CuPNi1Cr2.針對轉爐冶煉耐候鋼過程金屬液中鉻元素氧化的問題,研究并討論了冶煉溫度和一氧化碳分壓對脫碳保鉻的影響.轉爐冶煉06CuPNi1Cr2耐候鋼模擬實驗表明,頂吹氧氣強度為3.0~3.3 m3·min-1·t-1,終點碳的質量分數為0.02%~0.05%,冶煉終點溫度控制在1680~1 700℃時,脫碳保鉻效果顯著.

       

      Abstract: A new-type weathering steel 06CuPNi1Cr2 was developed by high-efficiently utilizing nickel and chromium in low nickel-chromium laterite ores.The influences of bath temperature and the partial pressure of carbon monoxide on decarburization and keeping chromium were studied and discussed to solve the problem of chromium oxidation in steelmaking.06CuPNi1Cr2 smelting experiments show that the effects of decarburization and keeping chromium are remarkable when the oxygen top-blowing is 3.0 to 3.3m3·min-1·t-1,the mass fraction of final carbon is 0.02% to 0.05% and the end-point smelting temperature is 1680 to 1700℃.
