    Z3CN20-09M鑄造奧氏體不銹鋼的熱老化機理

    Thermal aging mechanism of Z3CN20-09M cast austenite stainless steel

    • 摘要: 研究了牌號為Z3CN20-09M的鑄造奧氏體不銹鋼在400℃下老化時間為100~3000h時的納米壓入硬度和鐵素體含量的變化規律,并用透射電鏡和場發射掃描電鏡觀察了老化后樣品的組織結構.實驗結果表明,該材料在3000h內的熱老化脆化現象是由鐵素體相區內發生調幅分解引起的.

       

      Abstract: Z3CN20-09M cast austenite stainless steel was aged at 400℃ for 100-3 000 h and the change law of nano indenter hardness and ferrite content was investigated. Its microstructure after being aged was observed by both TEM and SEM. The results showed that the thermal aging embrittlement was induced by spinodal decomposition in ferrite.
