    合成渣對鋼液吸氮的保護作用

    Protected Affect of Synthetic Slags on Nitrogen Absorption of Liquid Steel

    • 摘要: 在真空感應爐中研究了1600℃渣層覆蓋條件下氣相中不同氮分壓時,鋼液中氮含量的變化,結果表明,鈣基中性及氧化性渣,如CaO-Al2O3-SiO2和CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-FeO可作為絕緣層有效地防止氮在鋼液和氣相間的傳質,因為在上述渣中,氮的溶解量約在30×10-6~80×10-6之間。

       

      Abstract: The change of concentration of nitrogen in liquid steel has been investigated under the conditions with slag layer and various partial pressure of nitrogen. It is found that neutral and oxidic slags can be as isolators to prevent nitrogen from transport between liquid steel and gas.
