    煉鋼鐵水中硅的來源

    The Silicon Sources in the Hot Metal

    • 摘要: 在前人研究的基礎上,用實驗模擬高爐滴落帶的方法,對硅的還原過程中目前尚未清楚的Si的主要來源問題進行了研究,確定了焦炭灰分中SiO2是煉鋼生鐵中Si的主要來源,并在實驗條件下,定量得出灰分中SiO2對鐵水中Si的貢獻大約占70%左右。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of the previous experimental results on low silicon iron, the sources of silicon in the hot metal have been studied by means of the dropping zone method. It is concluded that silica in the coke ash is the predominant source of silicon of the pig iron for steelmaking, and about 70% silicon in the hot metal is from coke ash tinder the experimental conditions.
