    高W,Mo的GH220合金X光定量相分析

    Quantitative X-ray Phase Analysis in GH220 Alloy with High Contents of Molybdenum and Tungsten

    • 摘要: 應用X光定量相分析方法測出了高W、Mo含量的GH220合金中不同熱處理狀態下各析出相的含量,從晶體結構角度區分了M6C和μ相,從而解決了化學相分析中由于M6C和μ相主要元素組成及電化學性質相近而難以分離的困難,為研究合金性能變化,確定最佳W,Mo量提供了依據。

       

      Abstract: The amount of four phase in GH220 alloy with high contents of Molyb denum and Tungsten at different heat treatment was determined by guantit-ative X-ray phase analysis.
      X-ray diffraction method has identified the M6C and μ phase,those are Very difficult to determine by chemical phase analysis.
      The result of thus research has Provided the basic data fo define the optimum Content of Wand Mo in GH220 alloy.
