    連鑄坯凝固冷卻過程的控制

    Control of solidification process during continuous Casting of steel

    • 摘要: 本文論述了保證優質高產的連鑄坯凝固冷卻的"冶金標準",以某廠弧形連鑄機為例計算了不同操作因素-拉速,比水量,二冷區各段水量分布,鋼水過熱度,液相穴內鋼水對流運動和二冷水溫度等對連鑄坯凝固"冶金標準"的影響,給出了其影響的定量關系。并指出:拉速是影響液相穴深度和凝固殼厚度的主要因素,而比水量和水量分布是影響鑄坯表面溫度的主要因素。為合理控制操作參數,根據計算結果,整理出坯厚、拉速、比水量、液相穴深度和生產率之間的關系圖,利用此圖有助于選擇合理的操作參數。

       

      Abstract: This paper reviews the "Metallurgical criterion" of slab solidification during continuous casting.
      The effect of the following variables on metallurgical criterion of slab, solidificafion has been studied using a methematical model of heat transfer:casting speed, spray water intensity, water distribution in spray zone, superheat in tundish, convection in the liquid pool and spray water Temperature.
      The authors has prepared a nomogram considering fhese factors in which reasonnaable technology parameters are executed.
