    視塑性法研究軋制過程金屬塑性變形

    A Study on the Plastic Deformation During Rolling by Visioplasticity Method

    • 摘要: 本文用視塑性法研究軋制過程金屬塑性變形特性。通過網格法試驗得到純鉛軋制時的流線,并對變形率為21%的薄軋件(8×60mm)之變形特性進行了全面分析,還對變形率為8.8%的厚軋件(40×30mm)作了初步計算。

       

      Abstract: Using Visioplasticity method,the flow and deformation of rolling process have been studied.The main conclusions are as follows:
      1. Visioplasticity method is usefal for analyzing flow and deformation of metals during rolling.
      2. The deformation and flow of metal are not homogeneous.
      3. Correct results can be obtained if there is suitable method to determine the flow lines.
