    • The principle and way of dectecing ultrasonic displacement of solid surfaces with laser heterodyne and phase-lockedloop to demodulate are described. Ultrasonic displacement of solid surfaces is detected with a laser heterodyne interferometer and a satisfactory conclusion is got.
