一株耐鹽芽孢桿菌的分離與鑒定

Isolation and identification of a strain of salt-tolerant Bacillus sp.

摘要: 從校園草坪土壤中分離得到一株能夠在20%NaCl的高鹽條件下生長的耐鹽細菌,經過形態觀察、生理特征分析及16SrDNA序列分析,鑒定為一株芽孢桿菌(Bacillus sp.),并在GenBank中完成該菌株16SrDNA序列的注冊,登錄號為EU167738.

Abstract: A strain of salt-tolerant bacteria was isolated from the soil of campus lawn and the salt tolerance of the strain was up to 20% NaCl.The results of the analysis of morphology,physiological characteristics and 16SrDNA sequence showed that the strain was a bacterium of the genus of Bacillus.The 16SrDNA sequence was registered in GenBank and the accession number was EU167738.
