  • 基于巖石可鉆性指標的地層界面識別理論與方法

    Theory and approach of identification of ground interfaces based on rock drillability index

    • 摘要: 巖石可鉆性指標是石油、礦山及地質部門廣泛用于鉆頭選擇和制定生產定額的重要參數,但現行可鉆性指標的定義及參數獲取的實驗方法還存在許多問題.通過分析,重新定義了巖石的可鉆性,提出了以單位能量下的穿孔速率作為可鉆性指標的新概念;基于鉆進過程中有效軸壓、轉速、穿孔速率和可鉆性指標間的耦合關系,建立了可鉆性指標的計算公式.同時,對新的可鉆性指標在地層識別中的敏感性進行了分析,闡述了可鉆性指標在地層識別中的物理意義.研究表明,新的可鉆性指標克服了傳統可鉆性指標在判層中存在的盲區,并可實現沿鉆孔剖面的連續判層.
