Abstract: The KDD^* model, a bench in the field of structured data mining, is proposed based on the double-bases (database and knowledge base) cooperation mechanism. In order to improve the intelligence of KDD^*, an intelligent data mining system based on the multi-agent technologies is designed to realize data preprocessing, data mining, automatic extracting of knowledge, synchronous evolving and cooperating of basic database and knowledge base, knowledge evaluating and explaining.
