    Changing Rule of Carbon-enriched Zones in Aging 0Cr6Mn13Ni10MoTi/1Cr5Mo Dissimilar Welded Joints

    • 摘要: 采用光學顯微鏡、掃描電鏡等分析方法研究0Cr6Mn13Ni10MoTi/1Cr5Mo異質接頭在時效過程中熔合區組織和增碳層寬度變化特點.結果表明,時效初期0Cr6Mn13Ni10MoTi/1Cr5Mo異質接頭在熔合區靠近奧氏體焊縫一側有一定寬度的增碳層出現,隨時效時間延長增碳層逐漸變寬,并且在達到峰值以后又逐漸變窄并最后消失.這種變化規律與傳統A302/1Cr5Mo異質接頭在時效過程中的變化規律完全不同.

       

      Abstract: The microstructure of the fusion zone and the changing rule of the carbon-enriched zones in aging 0Cr6Mn13Ni10MoTi/1Cr5Mo dissimilar welded joints were studied by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). It is found that the carbon-enriched zone, to a certain extent, initially forms in austenitic steel adjacent to the weld interface in the fusion zone. With increasing the aging time, the carbon-enriched zone gradually increases. After it reaches the maximum it begins to decrease and goes to disappear finally. The changing rule of carbon-enriched zone width is different from the past A302/1Cr5Mo dissimilar welded joints.
