    Interface of Spray-Deposited+Rolled Al-Ph/Al/Steel Composite Plate

    • 摘要: 對噴射成形+軋制Al-Pb/Al/Steel復合板材進行了熱處理,用SEM觀察了Al-Pb/Al及Al/Steel界面的變化.結果表明:復合軋制后Al-Pb/Al及Al/Steel界面達到了良好的界面初結合;復合板材熱處理后,Al/Steel界面在480℃/1h+300℃/3h的熱處理后產生了FeAl金屬間化合物.

       

      Abstract: Heat treatment was conducted to spray-deposited+rolled Al-Ph/Al/steel composite plate. The morphology of the interfaces between Al-Ph and Al, and between Al and steel was observed by SEM. The experimental results showed that a good pre-cohesion in the interfaces after rolling. FeAl intermetallic, however, was found in the interface between Al and steel after heat treatment of 480℃/1h+300℃/3h.
