    Effects of the Addition of Lα-Dipalmitoyl Phosphatidylcholine and γ-globulin on the Lubricating Behavior of Hyaluronic Acid

    • 摘要: 在透明質酸為主要成分的人工關節潤滑劑中添加Lα-DPPC磷脂和γ-球蛋白,配制成復合人工滑液,在PVA-H/PVA-H,PVA-H/316 L S.S.2類摩擦副上,利用振子式摩擦儀和M2000型磨損實驗機,測定其摩擦學參數.結果表明,與純粹透明質酸溶液相比,復合人工滑液的潤滑性能有顯著提高.其潤滑機制研究表明,潤滑性能的提高可能得益于添加物質在PVA-H材料表面所形成的磷脂雙層膜及其良好的邊界潤滑能力.

       

      Abstract: A compound artificial synovia was prepared by adding Lα-dipalmitoyl phosphatidylcholine(L α-DPPC) riposomes and γ-globulin to a saline of sodium hyaluronate (HA),by which two kind of tribology slider pairs-PVA-PVA-H/VA-H and PVA-H/316L S. S. were lubricated, an oscillator-type tri-biometer and M2000 wear test machine were used to determine their tribology parameters respectively. The experimental results showed that the lubricating behavior of compound synovia has a significantly improvement compared to the hyaluronic acid solution alone. It's probably that these improvements benefit from the adsorbed films on the PVA-H surface composed of protein and phospholipids and the boundary lubricating ability of the additives.
