    Surface Finishing and Crack Repairing of Ceramic Layer of Steel Pipe Inside Lined Ceramic

    • 摘要: 研究了在SHS-離心法制備陶瓷內襯鋼管時,利用自蔓延反應余熱熔化改性劑修補陶瓷層中的裂紋.通過對裂紋修補前后陶瓷層的缺陷研究表明:裂紋修補后,陶瓷內襯鋼管陶瓷層內的缺陷得到很好修復,已無穿透性裂紋或通孔;同時改善了陶瓷內襯鋼管陶瓷層的表面質量,得到與陶瓷層結合良好、表面光滑的內表面.

       

      Abstract: The modifying agent Which meited by residual heat emited in self-propagation reaction infiltrates into the crack in the ceramic layer when producing composite steel pipe by means of SHS-centrifugal.The effect of the teclmology is investigated by SEM. At the same time surface quality of the ceramic layer is improved.
