Theoretical Investigation into Continuous Tension Leveling Process of Metal Strip (3)——Analysis on the Tension Leveling Process during Bending Moment Decreasing Period and Re-increasing Period

摘要: 對受拉伸彎曲帶材在第1個彎曲輥上的彎矩卸載階段進行了分析,結果表明帶材在第一個彎曲輥上拉伸彎曲后產生的殘余曲率相當大,必須在后續的計算中予以考慮.同時,對帶材拉伸彎曲過程中各種中性軸、中性軸之間的關系及其在帶材中的位置變化情況進行了討論,明確指出了受拉伸彎曲帶材的第1次彎曲和第2次彎曲的不同點.對受拉伸彎曲帶材的多次彎曲時的縱向延伸計算進行了討論.

Abstract: The tension leveling process is investigated in detail the bending moment decreasing period on the first bending roll. The result shows that the residual curvature is big enough to analyze the deformation of tension leveled metal strip. The tension leveling process of the metal strip on the second roll is much differentfrom that on the first roll. The calculation method of the elongation of the tension leveled metal strip on multiple rolls is discussed also.
