    Emulating on Transport Phenomenon in 75 t DCEAF Bath

    • 摘要: 采用渦量-流函數法和K-ε雙方程湍流模型,對75t直流電弧爐熔池流函數、速度、渦量、湍動能、湍動能耗散率、溫度等因變量的傳輸過程進行了計算機仿真,從而對該直流電弧爐內流動與傳熱過程的規律有了全面的了解,為該設備的優化設計和最佳工藝操作提供了理論依據。

       

      Abstract: Computer emulating is developed to represent transport process of stream function, velocity, vorticity, kinetic energy, dissipation rate of turbulence energy, temperature in 75 t DCEAF bath by using vorticity-stream function method and K-ε two equation turbu-lent models. Therefore there is full-scale comprehending for regular pattern of fluid flow and transfer heat process in 75 t DCEAF
