    Nitride Capacity of Fluxes and Nitrogen Distribution Ratio at Slag-Gas and Slag-Steel Equilibrium

    • 摘要: 用鉑坩堝測定了熔渣氮容量。在大氣條件下,測得(質量分數/%)10CaO-33BaO-49Al2O3-8TiO2和54CaO-21Al2O3-6MgO-6SiO2-13CaF22種渣系的氮容量分別為10-6和10-5次方數量級。采用氧化鎂坩堝測定了氮在鋼與爐外精煉常用渣之間的分配系數。

       

      Abstract: The nitride capacities of fluxes were detemined by application of platinum crucible.The nitride capacities of slag No. 1(10CaO-33BaO-49Al2O3-8TiO2) and slag No.2(54CaO-21Al2O3-6MgO-6SiO2-13CaF2) are respectively the orders of 10-6 and 10-5 under the condition of atmosphere. The nitrogen distribution ratio between steel and the slag No. 2 was determined by application of MgO crucible.
