    Flatness Control in New Generation High-tech Mills for Wide Strip Rolling

    • 摘要: 提出界定軋機板形控制性能的輥縫調節特性空間(CQ-CH-q)及評價的主要參數:輥縫基本凸度及可調度、輥縫剛度、彎輥調控幅度、輥縫曲線四次分量可調度和輥間接觸壓力峰值.分析了板形控制的“柔性輥縫策略”與“剛性輥縫策略”.提出采用“交接觸長度(VCL)支持輥”以改善連軋機組的板形控制性能,并在生產中應用.

       

      Abstract: The area of roll gap adjustment and its characteristics of stiffness are investigated in a CQCHq space. Parameters for evaluating the capabilities of the roll gap control are defined.
