Abstract: Based on the analysis of existing problems of stock designing, the suggestionis raised that the transaction in stock market of state stocks, legal entity stocks,for the combination of A and B stocks. And it is argued that firms, which will list their stocks in stock market, should issue only common stocks and/or preferred stocks without the difference of state stocks, legal entity stocks and public stocks.
