    • 摘要: 從對我國國有大中型企業的現狀分析出發,依據當代質量管理理論和系統論原理,提出了一種與ISO 9000-GB/T 19000系列標準相結合的、可用于這類企業的質量管理層次決策模式.

       

      Abstract: Presents a discussion on the environment and condition of state-owned enterprises. Based on the theory of TQM and the principle of system engineering, it proposes a level-decision model of quality management which can be implemented in these enterprises.
