    Flow Injection Spectrophotometry for Determination of Iron

    • 摘要: 用自行組裝的FIA裝置,對Fe(Ⅲ)-SXO、Fe(Ⅲ)-5-Br-PADAP-EtOH、Fe(Ⅲ)-CAS-HDMAA-TritonX-1003種顯色體系分別進行了系統的研究。考察了各種因素的影響,優化了工作條件,建立了3種測鐵的新方法。

       

      Abstract: The flow injection spectrophotometry for the determination of total iron with three colored systems (Fe(Ⅲ-Semi-XO,Fe(Ⅲ)-5-Br-PADAP,Fe(Ⅲ)-CAS-HDMAA-Triton X-100)respectively and systematically has been studied by assembling equipment.The investigation on the influence of various conditions and the optimization of operant parameters have been carried out.Three new flow injection procedures have been established.
