Filtration of Liquid Steel in Tundish by A Lime Filter

摘要: 通過工業試驗研究了中間包內安裝石灰過濾器后鋼液中夾雜物的行為。工業試驗表明,采用石灰過濾器后,鋼中夾雜物平均降低20%。在此基礎上建立了中間包安裝過濾器后鋼中夾雜物的去除模型。模型計算結果與試驗值基本符合。

Abstract: The inclusion behavior in the tundish with a lime filter was investigated through the industrial trials. The results of the industrial trials showed that the inclusions were improved by 20% after the filtration. A model for calculation of the inclusion removal efficiency was established. The results drawn from the model were compared with that of the industrial trails.
