Abstract: This paper introduces the importance of system analysis in software development and the implement procedure in Jinshandian Iron Mine of Wuhan Iron and Steel Company;clarifies the effect, difference and connection of analytic means of system flowchart, data flowchart,IPO graph and data dictionary; proposes the practical steps and methods of system analysis according to the expriences of the implement. The report of system analysis and the reprot of user's demand are presented.
