    The Statistico-Analysis for the Bit Testing Data of the Al-Mg Alloy

    • 摘要: 在3.5%NaCl溶液中,鋁鎂合金在充N2除O2條件下,陽極極化至電流密度為10-2A·cm-2時,試樣表面出現大量蝕孔。為了得到蝕孔發生的統計規律,利用泊松概率分布函數求得腐蝕活性點出現個數的規律,利用古比極值統計第一類近似函數求得最深腐蝕孔深度的概率分布。統計分析得到滿意的結果。對于大量的點蝕腐蝕數據都可以按此理論進行統計分析,價用來評價材料的耐點蝕性能和估算管線的使用壽命。

       

      Abstract: A great number of the bits have been made in the Al-Mg alloy by electrochmical method.The distribution function of the average density of the bits and the deeppest bits is set up by the statisticao analysis.
