    Computer Simulation on Inside State of Blast Furnace

    • 摘要: 本文給出了高爐爐頂布料及爐內料層分布、爐料溫度分布、煤氣流動及溫度分布的數學描述方法,用計算機仿真的手段推斷實際生產高爐爐內狀態.在實際高爐中應用表明,該仿真系統有較好的實用性.

       

      Abstract: In this paper, a simulation system on inside state of a blast furnace is given. By means of computer calculation, the system can simulate burden profile, burden layered structure, burden and gas tempemture field, and gas flow state in a commercial blast fumace. It is verified that the computer simulation system has a good practicability.
