    The Effects of Si, Mn and Rolling Processing on Microstructure and Property of As-Hot-Rolled Non-Stamping Dual-Phase Steels

    • 摘要: 利用Gleeble-1500熱模擬試驗機對試驗鋼進行了模擬熱軋.研究了合金元素硅、錳和終軋溫度、軋后冷速和軋制變形對試驗鋼雙相組織形成和性能的影響.結果表明:在試驗工藝參數范圍內,試驗鋼均獲得雙相組織,其穩定性較好.導出了估算熱軋空冷Si-Mn雙相鋼的fMfFp值的計算式,計算值和實測值吻合.熱軋參數對試驗鋼硬度的影響較小.

       

      Abstract: The experimental steels were hot-rolled by Gleeble-1500 hot-simulated testing machine, The effects of Si,Mn, final rolling temperature, after-rolled cooling rate and rolling deformation on the formation of dual-phase microstructure and property of experimental steels were studied.As a result, the experimental steels have good stability of formation of dual-phase microstructure within the range of experimental hot-rolling parameters, then the properties are also stable.
