含V、Ga元素NaOH溶液中V與Ga分離參數的計算

Calculation of Separation Parameters for Precipitating V from V, Ga Containing NaOH Solution

摘要: 對Na₂O-V₂O₅-H₂O系和Na₂O-Ga₂O₃-H₂O₅系的飽和溶解度數據進行了一系列理論計算,論證了含V、Ca元素NaOH水溶液中V與Ga分離的可能性,并估算出分離的溫度、堿度(溶液中Na₂O質量/溶液中H₂O質量)范圍分別為<40℃和0.3~0.4。

Abstract: A series of theoretical calculation of data of Na₂O-V₂O₅-H₂O and Na₂O-Ca₂O₃-H₂O have proved the possibility of precipitating V from V、Ga containing NaOH solution and estimated the temperature and the concentration of alkai (ratio of Na₂O mass to H₂O mass in solution) ranging <40℃ and 0.3~0.4 respectively.
