    • 摘要: 介紹了我國第1臺特殊鋼方坯連鑄機,試驗生產的彈簧鋼連鑄坯的質量水平。其內容包括:電磁攪拌的冶金效果、鑄坯的低倍組織、非金屬夾雜物、成分偏析及鋼材性能。

       

      Abstract: The results about quality of spring steel billet at the first special steel billet caster in China are introduced. The research contents are included as follows:metallurgical effect of electromagnetic stirring; inclusion, macrograph, segregation of composition; pro perties of final rolled steel products.
