    A Dynamic Recrystallization Model of Al-alloys

    • 摘要: 本文提出了一個材料性質參數Kmax,用該參數可把鋁合金分為兩類:在Kmax<0.1的鋁合金中只能發生連續動態再結晶,并且不能進行完全;在Kmax>0.1的鋁合金中只能發生不連續動態再結晶。本文還討論了熱形變鋁合金亞組織的特點。

       

      Abstract: A parameter Kmax indicating the nature of the materials has been suggested by present work with which the Al-alloys can be classified into two categories:in alloys with Kmax<0.1 only continuous dynamic recrystallization can occur and it cannot proceed completely; in alloys with Kmax>0.1 occurs only dynamic recrystallization. The characteristics of the dynamic recrystallization of Al-alloys has been discussed.
