    The Mathematical Mode of Air-water Spraying Cooling Heat Transfer in Continuous Casting

    • 摘要: 在前人對單個液滴碰撞傳熱解析研究的基礎上,通過實驗與理論分析,建立了氣-水噴霧冷卻在膜態沸騰區的傳熱數學模型。采用此模型,可以在已知氣-水噴嘴的冷態參數(流量密度、液滴粒徑、液滴速度等)的情況下,模擬計算出該噴嘴的傳熱特性。計算結果與實驗數據在可比的范圍內基本吻合。

       

      Abstract: A mathematical model of air-water spraying cooling heat transfer in film boiling region is set up. With this model the heat flux and heat transfer coefficient can be calculated, when the air-water nozzle's water flux, droplet size and droplet velocity are given. The calculated results have a good agreement with the experimental datum.
