    Relationships between the Mechanical Properties and Structural Parameters of the Controlled Rolled and Controlled Cooled Medium-Carbon Steels

    • 摘要: 本文對微合金化中碳L45鋼進行了控制軋制和控制冷卻試驗;測定了各項力學性能及先共析鐵素體量fa、鐵素體尺寸da、鐵素體自由程λa和珠光體片層間距So;采用對大量實驗數據進行數理統計的方法,研究了控軋控冷微合金化中碳鋼力學性能與組織參量之間的關系,得到了一些表達其定量關系的估計式,探討了控軋控冷中碳鋼的強韌化機制。

       

      Abstract: Experiments have been made on microalloyed medium-carbon L45 steel under the condition of controlled rolling and controlled cooling. The various mechanical properties and volume fraction of pre-eutectoid ferrite fa, size of ferrite da, free distance of ferrite λα and and the interlamellar spacing of pearlite S0 have measured. By using multiple regressive analyses to research, as a result, the mathematical expressions of relation between the various mechanical properties and structural parameters of the controlled rolled and controlled cooled microalloyed medium-carbon steels have been obtained. According to the informations provided by these mathematical expressions, into the Strenthen-toughening mechanizm of the controlled rolled and controlled cooled microalloyed mediumcarbon steels have discussed.
